1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using design.vp0.com (“Site”) and the VP0 design platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of service
VP0 provides a platform for discovering, sharing, and using design assets such as wallpapers, components, and related resources. The Service may include user-generated content, downloads, and integration with third-party tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Upload, share, or promote content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Scrape, automate access, or overload the Service in a way that impairs its operation
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service and its users.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Service and its design, features, and original materials are owned by VP0 or its licensors. User-uploaded content remains the responsibility of the uploader; by uploading, you grant VP0 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to share.
6. Downloads and use of assets
Assets available for download may be subject to their own licenses (e.g. open source, attribution, or commercial). You are responsible for complying with those licenses. VP0 does not guarantee that any asset is free of third-party claims; use at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service and any content or assets is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VP0 and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VP0 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms or any law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country of residence.
